Thomson Reserve Developer – UOL, SingLand & CapitaLand
Thomson Reserve is being developed through Tamarind Development Pte. Ltd., a property development company with interests held by UOL, SingLand and CapitaLand Singapore Limited. UOL holds a 40% indirect interest, SingLand holds 10%, and CapitaLand Singapore Limited holds 50%, bringing together three established names in Singapore's property industry for the redevelopment of the former Thomson View site.
UOL Group & SingLand Property Development Track Record
UOL Group and Singapore Land Group (SingLand) have a long history of property development in Singapore, including residential projects in the Thomson and wider District 20 area. Their previous collaboration includes developments such as Thomson Three, demonstrating their experience in developing residential projects within the Upper Thomson precinct.
CapitaLand's Role in Thomson Reserve
CapitaLand Singapore Limited holds a 50% indirect interest in Tamarind Development Pte. Ltd., the company established for the Thomson View acquisition and redevelopment. The partnership combines CapitaLand's extensive Singapore real estate experience with UOL and SingLand's residential development expertise, providing the ownership and development structure behind the transformation of the former Thomson View condominium into Thomson Reserve.
